Jeffrey Sica, MSc.

Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO)

Jeffrey Sica has been in the field of mental health and addictions for the past 20 years and is currently offering therapy services for children, youth, emerging adults and family members/loved ones struggling with mental health, addictions and trauma disorders.

A Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) since 2015, Jeffrey has completed a Masters of Science in Psychology in 2019 focusing on researching experiences of youth in the Niagara region with the intention of improving services available and addressing gaps in existing supports. The results of this dissertation lead to the creation and implementation of several youth and family based services for concurrent disorders across Niagara Region

In therapeutic delivery, Jeffrey has led clinical teams in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and provides evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and others. He has completed the Non-Profit Leadership Development certification program through Goodman School of Business & Brock University in 2018, and has performed in leadership roles including Clinical Manager, Director of Youth Services and Program Manager for interdisciplinary health and primary care teams

Jeffrey also provides Clinical Supervision for Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists and Masters students as well as teaching workshops in DBT, CPT and other evidence-based therapies.

Lisa Cecckin, MSW, is a Registered Social Worker, and obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work from McMaster University. She has been practicing social work for the last 20 years, in the field of mental health, addiction, youth, emerging adults, and families. Her work experiences have provided her with diverse opportunities for both individual and family work. Lisa is passionate about helping individuals build resiliency so they can overcome their obstacles. Lisa is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and offers Therapy for the Therapist. She is well versed in helping individuals move forward with trauma, emotional issues, and addictions using evidence based modalities.

Lisa is currently accepting adult clients and professionals from the field with a specialized focus on Therapy for Therapists.
